Simply register an account, go to your dashboard, and click “Add Listing.” Fill in all required details and upload photos, documents, and pricing.
2. Is listing a business free?
We offer both free and premium listing options. Premium listings appear at the top and receive more visibility. See our Pricing Page for details.
3. What documents do I need to upload?
You may be asked to upload verification documents such as:
- Business registration certificate
- Lease agreements
- Inventory or asset breakdown

4. Can I edit or remove my listing?
Yes. Log into your dashboard, navigate to “My Listings,” and click edit or delete.
For Buyers
5. How do I contact a business owner?
Each listing includes a “Contact Seller” form. Messages will be sent directly to the seller’s email or dashboard inbox.
6. Is QuickBizSale involved in transactions?
No — we are a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. All negotiations, payments, and contracts are handled directly between both parties.
7. How do I know a listing is real?
We review and manually verify listings before publishing. Verified listings may include badges or admin-checked documents, but you should still conduct your due diligence.
Account & Privacy
8. Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We do not share your contact details with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Can I stay anonymous as a seller?
Yes. You may list your business without public contact info — buyers will reach you through the platform’s secure messaging system.
Technical & Support
10. I’m having trouble uploading images or documents — what do I do?
Make sure your files are under 5MB and are in JPG, PNG, or PDF format. If you’re still facing issues, contact support.
11. How can I boost my listing visibility?
You can purchase a Featured Listing package to appear on top of search results or the homepage.
